Welcome to MCServerFinder, a platform for Minecraft servers. By using this platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Terms

By accessing or using the MCServerFinder platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the platform.

2. Use Restrictions

You may not use the MCServerFinder platform for any illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes. You may not use the platform to engage in any activities that could harm or threaten the safety of others, including but not limited to:

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the MCServerFinder platform in a manner that is consistent with the principles of respect, fairness, and safety. You agree not to engage in any conduct that could harm or threaten the safety of others, including but not limited to:

  • Violence, threats, or incitement of violence
  • Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
  • Promoting or encouraging illegal activities
  • Harassment, bullying, or stalking
  • Spamming or sending unsolicited emails to other users
  • Any other conduct that could harm or threaten the safety of others

4. Intellectual Property

You agree not to use the MCServerFinder platform to infringe any intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree not to use the platform to engage in any activities that could harm or threaten the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Termination

MCServerFinder reserves the right to terminate your access to the MCServerFinder platform without notice if you breach any of the terms or conditions of this agreement. Upon termination, your account and any associated data will be deleted and you will no longer have access to the MCServerFinder platform.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

MCServerFinder provides the MCServerFinder platform "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. MCServerFinder does not warrant that the MCServerFinder platform will be error-free or uninterrupted, secure, or function without interruption, that the information on the MCServerFinder platform is accurate, or that any errors will be corrected. You acknowledge that MCServerFinder cannot be responsible for any damages arising from your use of the MCServerFinder platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MCServerFinder or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the MCServerFinder platform, even if MCServerFinder has been advised of the possibility of such damages. MCServerFinder does not guarantee that the functions contained in the MCServerFinder platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Furthermore, MCServerFinder does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use, or the results of the use, of the information, applications, products, or services contained in the MCServerFinder platform or made available through the MCServerFinder platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MCServerFinder and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of any term or condition of this agreement.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the MCServerFinder platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
